Order Cancellation
You have the option to cancel your order. To initiate the cancellation process, please send an email to support@embspace.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full refund within 3-5 days.
Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after the 24-hour time window has elapsed. This is because your order details may have already been forwarded to our manufacturer for processing and preparation for shipment.
Please allow us up to 24 hours to respond to your cancellation request. If, by any chance, your canceled order is still delivered, Embspace will issue a full refund upon its return to us.
Exchange Orders
Similar to our Order Cancellation Policy, customers can only request exchanges within 24 hours of placing their order.
